Ideally you will be a driven and passionate individual with proven Account Management experience and excellent negotiation skills.\nThis role is all about building strong relationships to retain and develop existing clients:\nResponsibilities:\n * Managing and increasing sales by maintaining and developing customer accounts\n * A data led approach to actively developing sales from existing, new and lapsed customers\n * Growing your account base, through proactive and structured account reviews in collaboration with our Customer Success team\n * Embrace new sales tools and software including the adoption of AI and automation\n * Continually maximising profit through effective account management, finding new upsell opportunities, ensuring accounts are purchasing additional products\n * Achieving individual sales targets and KPIs, managing each of your customer accounts to the agreed level\n * Providing an excellent level of service to all customers, whether that be via phone, video call or face to face\n * Forecasting future sales and buying patterns for all accounts to the Sales Manager\nWhat we're looking for\n * A high-energy, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment\n * A positive, coachable attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow with the business\n * Strong motivation to succeed, with a clear drive to achieve and exceed financial targets\n * Confident, outgoing, and able to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively\n * Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred although attitude is key!\nWe are actively committed to promoting a fully diverse and inclusive workforce and we welcome applications for this role from all candidates who meet the key requirements.\nPlease do not hesitate to get in touch should you require any reasonable adjustments to assist with your application
