HR Support\n\n * New employee enrolment for company benefits, administration of company benefits schemes\n\n * Document management of personal documents\n\n * Administration of company HR system, update employee databases/employee records\n\n * Administration of holidays/absence records\n\n * Administration of the leaver process\n\n * Respond to work experience enquiries\n\n 1.

Recruitment support\n\n * Arranging interview dates and times\n\n * Ensuring all relevant paperwork for new starters is completed\n\n * Prepare job offers and Statements of Terms and Conditions\n\n 1. Training Support\n\n * Ensuring staff are booked onto required training and have details of the respective training courses\n\n * Forecasting and scheduling training courses, ensuring individual training records and the training database are kept up to date\n\n * Course amendments and cancellations including management of waiting lists, collating course feedback as required\n\n * Collate necessary information to provide ad hoc reports, i.e. attendance figures, cancellations, non-compliance risks and issues\n\n * Supporting budget management activities as required\n\nExperience and Skills Requirements\n\n * Competent in Microsoft 365 applications\n\n * Articulate and a good communicator both written and verbal\n\n * Patience, flexibility and willingness to learn, excellent planning & organisation skills and an ability to manage a varied and changing workload\n\n * Ability to prioritise workload and remain flexible to the changing demands of the business\n\n * High level of confidentiality, reliable and trustworthy, ability to work independently and with minimal supervision\n\nIf you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted
