HR Advisor

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and collaborative People Services team at a multinational organisation. This is a broad generalist role supporting employees and managers throughout the full employee lifecycle, whilst providing high-quality HR advice and guidance across a range of people matters.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nBuild strong working relationships with employees and managers across the business.\nProvide timely and professional HR advice on a wide range of employee relations and HR queries.\nManage sickness absence reporting, analyse trends and make recommendations for improvement.\nSupport disciplinary, grievance and capability processes.\nCoordinate parental leave, flexible working requests and other employee lifecycle activities.\nWork closely with recruitment and HR administration teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives and wider HR projects.\nConduct exit interviews, identify trends and provide recommendations to improve retention.\nAssist with HR training and people-focused initiatives across the organisation.\nProduce monthly HR reports and KPI data.\nMaintain accurate employee records across HR systems including Workday and ADP. \n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum 4 years' experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.\nExperience within a multi-site environment such as healthcare, retail, logistics or other operational businesses would be advantageous.\nPrevious experience using Workday and/or ADP.\nStrong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and reporting.\nAdvanced communication skills across telephone, email, virtual and face-to-face interactions.\nGood Excel skills and experience working with HR systems.\nCIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards qualification preferred.
